Products & pricing. All products are original designs printed on demand. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately; actual print and garment color may vary slightly. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability. You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, logos, and content are the property of the Davis County Store and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Fulfillment. Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy for details.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Davis County Store is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
