Refund policy

Every item in the Davis County Store is made to order (print-on-demand). Because each tee is printed specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retail shop.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email store@daviscountyutah.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Sizing & exchanges. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind. If you're unsure of your size, reach out before ordering and we'll help.

Order changes & cancellations. Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to update it before it goes into production.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
